The original, unusable home was thoughtfully removed to make way for a new design that honors the site’s natural beauty. A grove of majestic live oaks—preserved and protected—became the focal point of the architectural vision. The new residence was carefully crafted around these trees, resulting in a unique courtyard layout that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces. The design not only highlights the organic elegance of the landscape but also evokes a sense of permanence and harmony with its surroundings.

Thoughtful orientation, generous porches, and the shelter of live oaks invite sunlight to dance through every room, creating a space that is both luminous and energy-wise.
